The canon Pixma MP560 printer looks great and offers useful features like an auto-document feeder and a bright 2-inch LCD display. The printer is similar in size, shape, and appearance to Canon printers of the past. Cheap MP560 has the familiar glossy black and matte silver finish and sits at just 18 inches wide, 14.5 inches deep, and 6 inches tall. The heads-up display is perhaps the most stylish and innovative facet on the printer. The control panel on the right of the printer flips up to reveal a beautiful color LCD with a comprehensive set of adjoining buttons that control several applications. Canon Pixma MP560 printer also contain a media card reader that supports Memory Stick, XD, SD, MMC, and microSD cards. There’s also a PictBridge compatible USB port at the bottom of the printer for direct-to-print accessibility. Canon also consists of an auto duplexer who helps in printing at both sides of the sheet. The Pixma MP560 connects the printer to a host computer via USB 2.0 or through the wireless print server built into the system.
Text quality of Canon Pixma MP560 looks decent with no standout jaggies or malformed lines, but photo snapshots and graphical documents like PowerPoint presentations appear to suffer from a print head misfire characterized by washed-out images and inaccurate flesh tones. This cheap $150 printer has excellent print speed as compared to its competitor like Epson work force. The text print quality of this printer is also excellent.
